Patient & Family Centred Care Week Begins
Alberta Health Services’ Patient & Family Centred Care Week goes from November 6-10, 2017. A number of events are being held across the province to honour this week. What Questions Matter Most to You?
If you are from Alberta, have lived experience with depression, and are interested in depression research, you may wish to participate in an online survey conducted by Alberta SPOR SUPPORT Unit, Patient Engagement Platform, Alberta Health Services and Canadian Depression Research and Innovation Network. By completing this survey, you will assist in determining the top 25-30 depression research questions to be used for an upcoming workshop. What questions matter most to you?

Get Involved – Discussion Groups
Do you reside in Alberta? Have you or a person whom you are a caregiver for been diagnosed with sleep apnea? If you answered “Yes” to the above questions, here is an opportunity you may find of interest.
The Sleep Disorders Working Group of the AHS Respiratory Health Strategic Clinical NetworkTM (RHSCNTM) in conjunction with the University of Calgary and University of Alberta, will be hosting discussion groups for sleep disordered breathing (SDB). The purpose of these discussions is to develop a model of care that will improve the way patients with SDB receive care.
